These three PDF handouts move from the executive question to the HarborLight example and the method’s safeguards. Each stands on its own. The sample records are fictional; the method remains in beta.
What REACH adds to Weaver Dynamics, the five separate questions, the Tension companion, and how an evidence-to-action engagement works.
A fuller walk through the same fictional receipt question used on this site: selected evidence, five separate readings, Tension, counterevidence, unknowns and a bounded process test.
What is in scope, how evidence is reviewed, why dimensions remain separate, what privacy boundaries apply, and which claims the beta does not make.
If you are evaluating an engagement
We begin by defining a decision domain, use and audience. The organization approves specific sources, exclusions and access. Reviewers then validate episodes, preserve contrary records and unknowns, interpret the separate REACH and Tension questions, and propose a small client-owned test with a return date.
Completed discovery, an approved change, implementation and observed results are different stages. The method requires an explicit owner, receiving role, safeguard and review condition before a proposed change is treated as a commitment.
View the separate REACH Field Guide The Field Guide contains additional fictional examples and detailed method references; it is a separate resource from the HarborLight walkthrough.Discuss a real decision domain
Nashville Analytics can connect the data architecture, reporting and approved work evidence to the decision process. We can start with a bounded REACH assessment or explore how the resulting context could inform Weaver Dynamics.
